Nice base for exploring Seville. Comfortable bed, efficient stuff, marvellous location. Breakfast is available for €21 per person:)))
The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. Loved that they had onsite restaurant San Fernando, no need to go somewhere else.
The situation, the architecture.
They charge the cost of the complete stay the day after reservation on Booked.net without any warning (no mail, nothing).
Peacefull atmosphere, you can hear horse footsteps in the morning as if you were in the 19th centurary. We had a memorable weekend thanks to the grat staff
they didn't charge me for the internet
Hotel Alponso XIII is an amazing Hotel, very nice staf, excelent location in the center of sevilla. The room in which i stayd (grand deluxe) is great, very spacious en luxury.
To pay euro 50,- for a simple breakfast is a bid much for what you get.
The standard of service, location and general facilities were fantastic
Sometimes they did not do an evening bed turn down
Staying at the Alfonso was how we ended off our one week trip to Andalusia, and it was the perfect way to do it. The venue is absolutely stunning, seems more like a landmark to visit during sightseeing than an actual hotel. The restaurant in the centre courtyard was also lovely on a warm summer night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
very international & friendly staff
The hotel was beautiful, very convenient, morning buffet superb down to supplying hot milk with coffee not to mention smoked salmon & caviar. Truely hope to go there again
The building and decorarion was a walk in the past. You felt like a King. The room was attended to and cleaned twice a day. The breakfast was superb.
For a luxurious five-star hotel like Alfonso, the pool wasn't what I expected. It was rather small and the smell of chlorium was very intense. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days during August and though the hot temperatures kept us in our room from 14.00 till 20.00 every day, we didn't venture a swim, apart from the first day. Moreover, it was situated near the road so all kind of sounds were coming through, and the heat was overwhelming since only the one side had natural shade.
It was just sumptuous - I loved every minute I was there, what a priviledge
The Hotel is luxurious, opulent and all class. Wonderful decoration and period features give you a taste of what it must have been like in high society when it was first built.
The pictures of the bedrooms on the website look beautiful, but some of the bedrooms are not decorated to the same standard.
I thought the staff were very good and friendly . Despite being in the city it was quiet . A very nice hotel .
You need the staff that work by the pool to circulate more around the pool . We would have ordered more drinks if they passed more often !
It is the best hotel in Seville. The building is sensational design.
Could do with some better service around the pool.
